Apple Wallet tickets now available on Event Genius

We’re delighted to announce that from today Ticket Arena & Event Genius will offer its customers the option of using Apple Wallet tickets on iPhone.

The new feature allows customers to download and save any SMS ticket directly to their device, meaning they won’t have to use additional mobile data to reload the ticket to gain admittance to the event itself.

To download an Apple Wallet ticket, customers will follow the steps below:

• Add ticket/s to their basket and click Buy Tickets
• Select Mobile & FastScan E-Ticket in Delivery Options
• Complete the payment process
• Open text message from TicketArena

• After message opens click the URL

• After ticket loads, click Add to Apple Wallet

• After the ticket has downloaded, click Add
