Boreham Wood FC signs with Event Genius

We’re delighted to announce that Boreham Wood FC has signed to use our online ticketing, kiosk and access control services for the 2018/19 football season.

The deal, which kicked off with the Irn Bru Cup tie against Dunfermline Athletic, on Saturday 8th September, gives fans of the Vanarama National League club the option to buy tickets in advance from the sports club’s online box-office at a reduced rate available to online customers only.

Using our checkout, fans can seamlessly pay for tickets with Apple Pay, Google Pay or their bank card. Each ticket can be downloaded to a smartphone or printed at home, to be authenticated by turnstile staff via a quick scan of its unique barcode.

Fans without pre-purchased tickets will still be able to buy tickets on the door using our swift kiosk box office solution. The introduction of the systems will reduce queues and wait times for entry and give Boreham Wood FC valuable insights of their fan base.
